Awesome Billie Eilish

Among performance artist Darrell Thorne’s bag of tricks is an illusion where he makes each half of his face with a different persona and uses a mirror to reflect the other half. His lip-synced performance of Billie Eilish’s track Therefore I Am features a split-personality where one half is a devil and the other is a bit more angelic.

Despite having to perform from home, Billie and her brother Finneas sure look like they performed their Tiny Desk Concert at the NPR Music offices. It’s a powerfully intimate performance, with stripped back versions of the tracks “my future” and “everything i wanted.”

Yeah, yeah, we know. Billie Eilish’s megahit Bad Guy has been covered enough times already. But we couldn’t resist posting Pupsi’s version, performed entirely on pumpkins. Enjoy the extended version, complete with pumpkin carving here.

There are a zillion covers of Billie Eilish’s hit Bad Guy out there, but we’re going to have to give our vote to Dan Davidson’s group DD and the Butterlovers and their bluegrass version. We have no idea what the deal is with their outfits, but we still say “yee-haw!”

Musician Billie Eilish applies her resounding jazz vocals to Michael Jackson’s 1987 hit Bad, with this smooth and soulful reinterpretation. We have little doubt that this will turn up in a movie trailer as some character walks away from a giant explosion or some other badass move.
