Can’t get a hold of an elusive ale? Fear not. The Craft Beer app is a database of craft brews from all 50 states that includes location maps, reviews, videos, ratings and food pairing recommendations.

Roccat Power Grid is a gamer-oriented app that will let you use your mobile device as an add-on PC interface, giving you access to both game and system controls. Where’s the Mac OS version?

Previously available on Android, Photoshop Touch is now on the iPad 2. It lets you use familiar tools such as layers and filters and easily share your work. Limited to 1600×1600 resolution though.

The Skyrim interactive map for iOS devices reveals the location of vendors, trainers, items and more. It’s searchable and allows users to place their own marks. Free, with in-app purchase upgrades.

Craigslist is the 21st century classifieds, but it could still use an analog interface. The Craig HD app gives you the familiar newspaper look, and even lets you encircle the entries to mark them.

Version 3.0 of Skype’s iOS app brings video calling to both WiFi and 3G connections. Mobile Skype users can also hook up with desktop users, making Apple’s FaceTime even more useless.
