In the latest of Disney’s fun retro-style animated shorts, a run-in with a villain makes Mickey turn red with anger, enticing a bull to chase him around the streets of Pamplona – and slapstick antics ensue.

Woodworker Frank Howarth shot nearly 6,000 stills, then assembled this stop-motion animation to create the illusion that his table saw and its accessories have lives of their own, and require no human intervention to operate.

A guy tries the old “pull my finger” flatulence prank on a co-worker, but his victim isn’t having any of it. Then things go South very quickly for the office clown in this ridiculous clip from Cyanide & Happiness.

In Pixar’s Inside Out, a kid is upset that her family moved houses. Her emotions Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith) bicker about how they will handle her new life.

This fun little plaything lets you create simple animations by posing ten bendy rubber figures in front of a mirrored background, then spinning it. It’s a simple way to learn the basics of animation and also just a neat desk toy.

This brilliantly offbeat music video from animator Felix Colgrave (the guy behind Man Spaghetti) is the perfect complement to the sonically rich neo-psychedelic rock landscapes of Fever the Ghost. (Thanks Matt!)

A spot-on recreation of the classic clock tower sequence from Back to the Future, painstakingly animated using stop motion by Macro LEGO Universe. It’s so well done that we want to see the entire movie trilogy in LEGO.

An amazingly gorgeous scene rendered using the same engine used in many of today’s video games. The scene was generated entirely in real time, proving that with enough hardware – and 3D artistry – movie quality animations are possible.

Domino master FlippyCat uses his dominoes in a different way than normal, instead of just knocking them over, he uses stop-motion animation to make a gigantic working Etch-a-Sketch. Then he knocks them over.
