The Micropacer was decked in asbestos silver and had a built-in fitness tracker when it first came out in 1984. The running shoe returns to ride the new wave of wearable tech. Thankfully it’s in a more subdued black and white colorway.

For the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Adidas has outfitted a special ball with six HD cameras inside, capable of capturing a 360-degree view of the game as the ball is kicked around. Keep an eye out here for updates on its journey to Brazil.

Adidas brings back its hit basketball sneaker in its original colors. First released in 1979, the Top Ten introduced the padded collar and pivot point to basketball, and it’s timeless look made it a hit on the streets.

After inexplicably taking them off the shelves a couple of years ago, Adidas has brought back the tennis legend’s signature shoes. The SS14 Stan Smith comes in its classic white and black leather as well as in blue, green and red suede.

To promote its 2014 lineup of Adidas sneakers, apparel store Chimp had artist Chris Anderson make replicas of the upcoming stock using recycled cardboard. The level of detail and likeness that Chris achieved is quite impressive.

An Android smart watch for runners with GPS, accelerometer and Bluetooth. It can be set to measure your heart rate, pace, distance, stride and route. It also works as a watch, timer and mp3 player. Drops 11/1/13 for $399 on Adidas.

Chicago Bulls superstar Derrick Rose is finally ready to play. The D Rose 4 will be helping him in his comeback season. It has a lightweight synthetic leather upper, padded ankle and midsole and insole cushioning.

The ZX TR Mid mixes Adidas’ classic ZX running shoes with hiking boot details, such as the traction outsole and ankle cushion. This brown and yellow colorway is ready for autumn, but you can also get it in gray or blue.

New season, new team, new shoes (and hopefully a new attitude as well). The Adidas D Howard 4 will be available starting 11/01/13, although you can take your chances on eBay right now. Check it out in Rockets’ colors here.

Adidas Originals Australia dives into the brand’s hip hop gold mine for its 2013 Fall Collection. Wear the rap rock pioneer’s logo on sweaters, t-shirts and the comebacking track pants.

A special re-release of three of Adidas’ famous 90s basketball shoes. The Real Deal, the Top Ten 2000 and the Crazy 8 get made up in pink, green, blue and black with a sweet shiny finish.

Adidas Originals shouts out to 70s basketball with the Americana High 88. Rockin’ the ABA red, blue and white, it also has a foam tongue, mesh and suede upper and an off-white rubber sole.

Unlike most of Jeremy Scott’s blindingly colorful and lively designs for Adidas, the JS-P letters have just the right amount of eye-catching detail. Sadly the initial release is nearly sold out.

The Chicago Bulls’ main man will make a comeback this season with the help of his new signature shoes. The D Rose 3 was designed to be lightweight and flexible and sports the new D Rose logo.

A slimmed down classic basketball shoe, with a full sized heel tab and collar strap. If Chuck Taylors were first released today, this is probably what they would look like. Also comes in black.
