Santo Vino Spritz
1.25 oz Santo 110 Proof Blanco
2 oz Vinho Verde or Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
0.25 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz lime juice
0.75 oz raspberry-grapefruit syrup
5 oz club soda
Place all ingredients into a Bordeaux glass, stir, and garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice.
