Restoring a Rusted Vise

My Mechanics picked up a beat-up old Gressel bench vise that was encrusted with decades of rust, and basically immovable. With the help of a custom jig, and hours of cleaning, filing, sandblasting, and painting, he was able to make the tool as good as new.
