Our first good look at Netflix’s adaptation of Death Note reveals that it’s very different from its source material. We can see why fans of the manga are irked, but we’re willing to give this a shot. Besides, there’s already a faithful live-action adaptation.

The Slow Mo Guys wrap up their “giant balloon June” feature with Dan being totally drenched by an overfilled water balloon as it’s popped above him lying beneath a trampoline. We’re just glad the video wasn’t titled “Man Crushed by Giant Water Balloon.”

Time 4 Machine Metal Models
We’ve seen metal miniature kits before, but never ones like these. Time 4 Machine’s big selling point is that their detailed models are mechanical. The wind-up cabrio and tank actually drive, the clock tells time (for an hour), and you can actually play the table hockey game.
adidas Originals Knit Track Suit
Stretch and flex. adidas updated their iconic sports apparel with a knit construction. Parts of the jacket and the pants have different patterns and are thinner to provide better ventilation. If only it came in classic white and green.

Students at Carnegie Mellon University’s Future Interfaces Group proposed a computer interface that is meant to be projected or displayed on a desk. Aside from responding to touch, apps or windows can also latch onto or avoid objects to maintain visibility.
