Making a Metal Football

The Pittsburgh Steelers would love this football made entirely from steel. Metalworker Connor Holland shows how he made this replica of an American football by cutting four steel panels, welding them, then hydroforming the metal pigskin into its final shape using a power washer. He used a laser engraver to add details and provide cutting guidelines.
