Only hypercar maker Koenigsegg could come up with a car that makes 1700bhp, but seats four. The plug-in hybrid’s electric motors makes 1100 of those horses, and a tiny 2.0L twin-turbo 3-cylinder engine somehow makes 600 horses. It’s also all-wheel drive, with rear wheel steering, and has enough room for carry-on luggage.
