For its 100th anniversary, the Indian Motorcycle 2022 Chief has undergone a headlight-to-tailpipe redesign, blending old and new in six models with the powerful 116 cubic-inch Thunderstroke 111 motor. It’s a true road warrior, producing 108 ft-lb. of torque in all six gears, and aesthetics as only Indian can deliver.
Based on a timeless steel-tube frame, the new Chief sports premium finishes and an industry first: a four-inch round display that resembles a classic analog gauge but is in fact a touchscreen. It provides speedometer and tachometer readings, navigation, live weather and traffic reports, and Bluetooth connectivity for music and phone calls.
Six models complete Indian Chief’s 2022 range, namely the Chief (starting at $14,499), Chief Bobber ($15,999+), Chief Dark Horse ($16,999+), Super Chief ($18,499+), Chief Bobber Dark Horse ($18,999+), and Super Chief Limited ($20,999+).
