Husbands: Manhorse

LAMAR+NIK’s music video for the track Manhorse by Husbands uses a technique known as “Scanimation” or “picket-fence animation.” The trick uses several frames of motion interlaced together onto card stock, and then viewed through a transparent bar mask.
