Drambuie Spiced Yuzu Iced Coffee
1 part Drambuie
2 parts Cold Brew Coffee
3 parts Yuzu Soda
Method: Make cold brew coffee using a 1:4 ratio of coarse-ground beans and filtered water, steeped for 48 hours. Pour all ingredients into a slim glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a slice of orange or grapefruit.
Drambuie Coffee Tonic
1 part Drambuie
2 parts tonic water
½ part coffee
Method: Start by making a Drambuie and tonic in a tall glass with lots of ice. Top with coffee and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
