Now, we’re getting a Cuphead animated series, and King Dice is voiced by none other than Wayne Brady. The Netflix series follows brothers Cuphead and Mugman as they get into trouble on Inkwell Isle.

(Gore) We were glued to our screen for every minute of Invincible season one. Robert Kirkman’s animated series has great characters, amazing action, visceral violence, and packs an emotional punch. Still, Screen Junkies managed to find a few things to poke fun at, especially the protagonist’s tendency to over-apologize.

This Disney+ series picks up the day after the Monsters, Inc. power plant started running on children’s laughter instead of screams. It follows the story of Tylor Tuskmon, a recent grad of Monsters U. who always wanted to be a scarer, but comes to find that laughter is what’s in demand these days. Premieres 7.2.2021.

Westworld co-creator Lisa Joy wrote and directed this sci-fi thriller about a private investigator who helps clients unlock lost memories. But he becomes obsessed with one case, leading him down a dark path. Stars Hugh Jackman, Rebecca Ferguson, and Thandiwe Newton. Coming to HBO Max and theaters on 8.20.21.

Netflix offers up a completely inaccurate history lesson on the origins of the U.S., in which a foul-mouthed, chainsaw-wielding George Washington leads the founding fathers. After big-budget films like Elysium and Chappie, writer-director Neill Blomkamp of District 9 fame is back with a more intimate film. Demonic is a sci-fi horror about a young woman who reunites with her mother, revealing the hellish forces behind their tumultuous relationship. In theaters and VOD 8.20.2021.

After her career as a professional assassin forces a woman to abandon her child, she ends up crossing paths yet again with her daughter many years later, and it turns out she followed in her footsteps. The two reunite along with a group of badass women to take down a group of bad, John Wick-style. Coming soon to Netflix.

To celebrate their 400th Honest Trailer, Screen Junkies takes on not one or two movies, but the entire DC Extended Universe – a series of questionably dark and brooding superhero movies that started with 2013’s Man of Steel. Despite their many flaws, we still keep coming back for more.

Actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have teamed up to purchase a football club in Wales. In order to greet the local fans, they hired a translator to relay their messages in their native tongue – and it doesn’t go as expected. Keep an eye on FX for their documentary series about the team and their involvement.

In the follow up to the 2018 popcorn flick, Venom, Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock attempts to adapt to his split personality. Just as he’s getting back to living, he encounters Woody Harrelson’s terrifying Carnage, an alien symbiote who takes up residence in the body of a psychopathic serial killer. In theaters 9.24.2021.

In anticipation of its upcoming release, the producers of F9 (aka Fast & Furious 9) released this short, but jam-packed reel featuring behind-the-scenes footage of some of the movie’s most epic and explosive automotive stunts. F9 hits theaters 6.25.2021.

Between filming Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead, zombie auteur George A. Romero worked on another movie that was lost to time. Now, Shudder has worked with the late director’s foundation to restore this allegorical film about an elderly man and the torment he encounters at an amusement park.

After the harrowing events of A Quiet Place, the Abbott family leaves their homestead. Along the way, they encounter survivors and new threats beyond the mysterious sound-sensitive creatures that brought such terror in the first movie. In theaters 5.28.2021. We highly recommend seeing it in a Dolby Cinema if you can.

(PG-13: Language) Ewan McGregor stars in this Netflix limited series about the rise and fall of American fashion mogul Halston. It’s set against the backdrop of 1970s disco, drugs, and sexuality, and with Ryan Murphy involved in its production and writing, you know it’s going to be a spectacle. Premieres 5.14.2021.

Famed nature show host David Attenborough returns with a three-part series about how color plays a role in the biology and evolution of animals. Colors can be used for camouflage, to scare off predators, or to help win mates. The series used specially-developed cameras in order to reveal what other animals see from their perspective.
