Like chocolate and peanut butter, these DC Comics villains and The Pixies are two great tastes that taste great together. Theme Park Monsters mashed up the trailer for Suicide Squad with both the classic 1988 track, and the haunting piano remake by Maxence Cyrin.

Beyoncé’s surprise album features Jack White, The Weeknd, James Blake and Kendrick Lamar. It’s accompanied by a series of eclectic short films, and many of the songs address her troubled relationship with Jay-Z. It’s exclusive to Tidal, but we’ve got previews of each track.

Prince Rogers Nelson passed away on 4/21/16 at his residence. A genre unto himself, Prince maintained his privacy while entertaining us with a larger-than-life persona, which he backed up with prodigious talent and productivity.

(PG-13: Language) Bow wow wow yippee yo yippee yay! Mylo The Cat’s latest video stars Rowlf the Dog in the role of Snoop Dogg, and Fozzie Bear as Dr. Dre as they lip-sync the classic Who Am I? (What’s My Name). We had no idea Muppets could swear so much.

The normally hard-edged heavy metal band Disturbed recently stopped by Conan and performed their powerful rendition of the Simon and Garfunkel classic Sound of Silence, showing off a side of lead singer David Draiman that we’re not used to hearing.

Missouri-based indie rock band Me Like Bees made a cover of Van Morrison’s pop soul song Dweller on the Threshold using only the lyrics as the basis for their adaptation. Skip to 5:36 for the performance.

Who’s Out There? is a smooth as ice album from ambient synthwave band Pentagram Home Video, which presented the songs as a score to a non-existent sci-fi film. Mondo will be releasing 400 copies of the album on vinyl. Their Slumber OST is also the bees’ knees.

Futurama is one of our all-time favorite TV shows. It deftly combined humor, science fiction, animation, pop culture, and an awesome ensemble cast. While we’ll have to live with reruns, we can at least enjoy this awesome one-man cover of its theme song by SquidPhysics.

(PG-13) The video for Breakbot’s disco-infused track mixes ’70s sci-fi elements to create a world in which men are replaced with creepy robots who do the bidding of their female masters. It’s like Westworld meets Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex.

Adjust the bass, and let the Alpine blast with another well executed lip-sync video from Mylo the Cat. This time, the cast of Sesame Street celebrates the warm weather with a little DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, and one of our favorite sunny day jams.

The 2CELLOS take on Led Zeppelin and Beethoven’s classics in another one of their highly energetic stage performances. Or rather, two stage performances. Also, these guys must go through bows and strings like water.

Pop thrash metal band Babymetal’s girls are teenagers now, and they’ve gone mainstream globally. So we hate them now. Just kidding. Their new album Metal Resistance gives us more of their unorthodox mix of hair-raising music and kawaii singing.

If you like piña coladas, and some screaming in pain, this video is for you. Rupert Holmes’ 1979 hit takes a dark turn with the help of YouTuber Wilton Turdley. Though we’re pretty sure that’s Animal on vocals.

Another fun cover version of Darude’s mesmerizing dance hit, Sandstorm, this time played on marimba – and a wood box, by musician eemikun, who also does a mean remake of the Nyan Cat theme. Yeah, remember Nyan Cat? Never forget.

A city comes to a standstill to watch their neighbors have a horse race from the suburbs to downtown, while soul artist Charles X sings about opportunities and oppression in Parallel’s animated music video for the single from his new album Sounds of the Yesteryear.
