Ad agency BigMan’s website is one of coolest we’ve seen; the interface is dominated by a Big Man (of course) and lots of flashing, sliding bits of text: kinda like Times Square on crack.

You don’t need to understand German to appreciate these Star Trek commercials. They’re made for the German Sci Fi Channel and are pretty darn funny; oh Spock, you rock.

The crazy guys at EepyBird are most well known for their Mentos + Diet Coke experiment. Their latest video is called Extreme Sticky Notes: think slinkies. Lots of slinkies.

Temporary graffiti isn’t so bad: Jaybo aka Monk recently “painted” the Berliner Dom in Germany with a sea of cartoon hands; it was powered with Skudi Optics projectors.

We’ve seen Justin Buonvino’s 3D Super Mario Bros. scene before, but we had no idea he’d created more. He’s got over a dozen here, including scenes from Duck Hunt and Excitebike.

The movie above was filmed at NASA’s Space Sciences Laboratory at Berkeley; Ruth Jarman and Joe Gerhardt have turned magnetism into a visual and auditory feast for the eyes.

Hot on the heels of the new iPod Nano and Touch, Apple has released iTunes 8. Its biggest feature: Genius creates songs based on a single song choice; you can also sort by cover art.

Rodrigo Braga’s artwork is creatively disturbing; based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, he’s worked for companies such as Chevy but does quite a few club flyers. He’s also a DJ, too.

Lockwasher is a prolific artist who creates robot sculptures with found objects. Our favorite by far is BeertooD2, although we do wonder if it’s as helpful as the Bud Light Bot.

Mad props to Vincent Chai: World War is a robot short film and the degree project for this University of Hertfordshire student. It was done in 8 months using Photoshop and Maya.

Vincent Callebaut’s LILYPAD concept is a floating, half-submerged city that will house 50k inhabitants, generate more power than it uses, and produce zero carbon emissions.
