Brown Sugar Shaken Oat Milk Latte
1.5 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk
2 oz Cold Brew
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Method: Combine Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur, cold brew and brown sugar in a shaker, add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a highball glass. Top with Brown Sugar Cold Foam and garnish with a cinnamon sprinkle.
Brown Sugar Cold Foam
0.5 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk
3 oz Oat Milk
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Method: Mix with a frother for 30 seconds or until tripled in size. Use to top the cocktail.
Salted Caramel Oat Milk Espresso Martini
1 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Caramel Syrup
Pinch of Flakey salt
Method: Add all three liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly with ice. Rim a chilled martini glass with caramel and sea salt and strain the drink into the glass. Garnish with espresso beans.
For a frozen martini version, sub out 2 oz if cold brew coffee with 4 frozen cold brew cubes and blend.
