We had the tremendous opportunity to go behind the scenes at the Harman Audio facility in Los Angeles, where we learned that it’s not just a bunch of audio engineers pointing and deciding; there is a human element to the products and the passion behind them.
JBL’s Link Bar is a soundbar that has Android TV and Google Assistant built-in, which means it pairs well with all HDTVs, even ones without built-in smart features. It lets you use your voice to search for shows, switch inputs, ask questions, control your smart devices and more.
Hisense’s new 4K TV is actually a home theater package built around an impressive short throw laser projector. It comes with a 100″ Black Diamond projection screen. The projector itself has Harman Kardon speakers with a separate subwoofer, a TV tuner and streaming apps.
Vivid Delight’s laser-cut LED accent lights are wrapped in silhouettes of some of our favorite characters, and are very reasonably priced. While the Pokémon and Harry Potter designs are great, the Nightmare Before Christmas and Beetlejuice ones are perfect for Halloween.
Some of the lightest over-the-ear headphones we’ve ever worn, Harman/Kardon’s Soho Wireless fold flat into its included pouch, and offers great sound quality for their size. We love the touch gesture controls, and the quality stainless and leather construction.
