The fourth time is the charm for Bentley’s fourth-generation Continental GT Speed. With its all-new 771 hp Ultra Performance Hybrid V8 powertrain, it’s the most powerful road-going Bentley ever made – even beyond the Supersports and Batur – boasting a top speed of 208 mph, sprinting from zero to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds.
System torque is increased by 11% compared to the outgoing W12-powered Continental GT Speed, from 664 lb-ft. to 738 lb-ft. System power has also increased by 19%, from 649 hp to 771 hp. It results in 50 miles of usable electric-only range and a total range of 534 miles, creating an everyday supercar.
The latest generation brings a bolder design DNA. Most noticeable are the single headlamps (Bentley’s first since 1959), heralding a “crouching tiger” design revolution for Bentley. In fact, the luxury vehicle has 68% more new components than its previous model.
The fourth-gen Continental GT and GTC Speed benefit from the latest electrical architecture, enabling a significant step forward in infotainment and driver assistance technology. Bentley claims its new tech is the most advanced in the luxury segment and delivers the best Continental GT ride comfort to date.
