At just 0.3″ thick and weighing only 1.28lb., this is the thinnest and lightest 12″ Windows tablet yet. It has a 1080p display, a digitizer pen with 2,048 levels of sensitivity, a microSD slot, a 1.44Ghz quad-core Intel Atom CPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
At just 4.2″ x 3″ x 0.35″, the Canvio Slim is the world’s thinnest 500GB portable hard drive and is as slim and light as modern smartphones. It’s USB 3.0 compliant and has an NTFS driver for Mac.
While we’re still not huge fans of typing on touchscreens, you’ve got to hand it to Laura Lahti for her thoughtful dual-screen Keyless Lifebook with its fully customizable keyboard and trackpad.
Current glasses-free displays have poor viewing angles. Toshiba’s concept display solves the problem by turning the tables: the display will be the one moved, while user’s head stays still.
This Windows 7 laptop sports a pair of sexy 7-inch touchscreens. Use one as your keyboard, and the other as a screen, if you so desire. The limited-run portable should hit stores this August.
