Subaru recently asked rally driver Mark Higgins to perform an insane stunt – driving a WRX STI down (and up) the Olympic bobsled run in St. Moritz. Along the way, the car took a few bumps and scrapes, but the driving was top-notch given the extremely tight course.

A remote-controlled Subaru Impreza WRX STI toy car races against a very long and elaborate stick bomb. We’re not sure what Subaru is trying to prove here, but it’s got great action and is a lot of fun to watch.

The production model of the 2015 WRX is more modest compared to its concept version. That said, it does have the expected 2L turbocharged boxer engine with 268hp and 258lb.ft. of torque and symmetrical all-wheel drive.

The mean looks of the previous version are gone, replaced by unexpected curves and edges. A new Boxer engine and other high-tech safety and entertainment features are in the cards as well.

Subaru is back with the latest update of their sporty STI, with improved suspension and handling, while still cranking out 305 hp from its 16-valve turbo-4. (Thanks, Colin!)

Subaru’s 2011 Impreza WRX goes widebody with a 1.5″ wider track and fatter 17×8″ wheels; also: a restyled front fascia w/blacked-out grille and a 265 hp/244 lb-ft turbo flat four.

Subaru’s WRX STI A-Line Type S is a JDM trim package, but that won’t dissuade Impreza fans; it boasts 18″ gunmetal rims, gold Brembos, Recaro seats and a 10 speaker audio system.
