If there’s one thing we learned from the NBC hit comedy The Office, it’s that Michael Scott is a BIG baby. The Office US YouTube channel put together this 10-minute compilation of some of the World’s Best Boss’ worst outbursts, huffs, whines, and hissy fits.

A hilarious skit from the underappreciated 1996 Dana Carvey Show, in which up-and-coming stars Stephen Colbert and Steve Carrell portray waiters who cannot bear to describe of any of the items being served at their restaurant.

Jimmy Fallon and the Ragtime Gals pair up with Steve Carrell to… absolutely mangle Marvin Gaye’s instant get some sonic aphrodisiac Sexual Healing. But it becomes hilarious when you imagine it’s Michael Scott up there.

In this clip from back in 2008, Steve Carrell and Stephen Colbert took the opportunity to sing a duet of The Star Spangled Banner, improvising the harmonies along the way. We just wanted to yell “Play Ball!” at the end.
