We’ve never ridden on a bobsled, but it’s always looked fun to us. But this particular rider takes a trip on the La Plagne Olympic bobsled run, and experiences nothing less than sheer terror.

We were already impressed by this video of Zhong Qixin climbing to the top of a rock wall in record time, but it turns out he already beat his own time, with an incredible speed climb of just 6.18 seconds.

Watching these two Chinese women’s volleyball teams duking it out for a point may make you a) go out and be active, or b) just want to lay down. We’re thinking it’s the latter option right about now.
