Periodic Table of Swearing
NSFW. Science can be so boring. Why not spice it up with a little obscenity? The Periodic Table of Swearing helps you understand the difference between a Tfc, an Sfc and a Ysfac. Look it up.

NSFW: Spartacus: Blood and Sand’s ultra-violent and sexualized depiction of ancient Rome would make even 300’s Zack Snyder blush; season one arrives on DVD later this year.
NSFW language: Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days gets an 8/24/10 release date while making an unsurprisingly messy entrance to the Far East in the Welcome to Shanghai trailer above.
Very NSFW: after running out of puns and pizzas, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles finally use their weapons; too bad there’ll be shell to pay from the legal system and network censors.
NSFW: the teaser introduced us to Freddy’s past, but A Nightmare on Elm Street gets dicey (and slicey) for suburban teenagers in the present in this second full-length trailer.
NSFW: It’ll fly right over your face-painted heads if you’re not a Juggalo/ette, but for Insane Clown Posse Fans, Scott Gairdner’s Juggalo News is as close as it gets to Faygo heaven.
NSFW: winner of SIGGRAPH’s Best Student Piece Award, Blind Spot reminds us of Pixar’s Ratatouille in terms of animation but is an adult film in terms of its subject (and brain) matter.
NSFW: this Tools of the Trade trailer for Dead Rising 2 is a detailed look at your impromptu weapons; painfully clear: even the best braaains are no match for giant moose heads.
NSFW: It’s no secret we live in a world saturated by brands, but Logorama takes this to its logo-gical extremes; the animated short film won Kodak’s Discovery Prize at Cannes.
NSFW: if you found the first Cop Out trailer juvenile, this red band trailer only goes downhill; still, it’s a treat for Tracy Morgan fans who like his unique, totally un-PC sense of humor.
NSFW: It’s the goomba stompin’ mushroom poppin’ mustached man, koopa clompin’ body dropping fireball fireball in my hand…yeah, Epic Super Mario Land Rap is epic. Thanks, Jerry!
Disturbia’s Spring/Summer 2010 t-shirt line is now available, and true to form it’s a NSFW 12-piece collection of kickass line art that includes lizards, werewolves, and loads of gore.
NSFW: the guy who created the epic Phantom Menace review is back with an epic Avatar review; if you’ve been looking for a totally un-PC antidote to Avatar’s hyper-PC themes, this is it.
NSFW: Christian Bale’s tirade is last year’s news, but it’s also relevant in a galaxy far, far away: a petulant Dark Side meets an equally petulant Dark Knight in Darth Bale. Thanks, Libby!
No More Heroes 2 goes ballistic with snakes, buffaloes, and luchadores in this launch trailer; we’d say it’s NSFW, but that assumes you can comprehend its special brand of insanity.
NSFW: The 100 Cheesiest Movie Quotes of All Time is loaded with sappy one-liners and come-backs; not surprisingly, it’s weighted heavily towards Arnold, Stallone, and Keanu.
NSFW: art both imitates and is imitated by life in The Wild Hunt; this suspense/thriller dives into the world of LARP (live action role-playing) with actual LARPers as background actors.
We liked John Travolta in the first From Paris With Love trailer, but this red band trailer with NSFW language shows how out of his mind his character Wax is; totally un-PC, but totally worth it.
Totally, utterly NSFW: this Hit Girl teaser trailer for Kick-Ass is truly red band (plus a flash of purple), with plenty of over-the-top (and under the belt) gun and sword violence.
NSFW: it’s a good thing that this debut trailer for Kane & Lynch 2 is deliberately low quality; if Lynch’s flashbacks got any more visceral, we’d have to wipe the blood off our monitor.
NSFW: Spartacus: Blood and Sand’s mix of live action and graphic novel violence may be an obvious knock-off of 300, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing; it premieres 1/22/2010 on Starz.
Extremely NSFW: Paranormal Activities: Deleted Scenes could have done without the raunchy scene in the middle, but it’s otherwise a hilarious look at what ghosts do in their off-time.
America may have healthcare issues, but thank Miyamato that you’re not being pilled and probed by Nintendo: Dr. Mario with Lyrics is a NSFW musical skit about STDs in the ER.
