Artist Sunday Nobody creates art inspired by memes. He created this amazing 16-foot-tall pixel art portrait of Bob Ross using 7104 paint swatches collected by his followers. Now that he’s dismantled the piece, he’s selling fragments of the work in batches of eight framed swatches with a map to their original location.

Watch as these artists turn a blank wall into an imaginative and dreamlike painting of mushrooms and a snail that glows brilliantly under UV light. We love how they used fluorescent paint drips to create those colorful stripes.

Shane from Stuff Made Here had a big wall in his workshop that he needed to paint. But rather than get out the rollers himself, he spent more than a month engineering and fabricating a robot to do the work for him. But this thing doesn’t just paint a flat color; it outputs multi-color images like a giant inkjet printer.

Sudbury, Canada’s Old St. Joseph’s Hospital has been dormant for more than a decade, and may eventually be demolished. But before its bricks hits the ground, West Coast graffiti artist Kelly “RISK” Graval and a team of artists splashed the exterior of the 74,000 sq.ft. building into a bright and colorful work of abstract street art.

Marlin Peterson was asked to paint a huge mural on the roof of the Seattle Center Armory and decided to paint giant 3-dimensional spiders on it – perfect for freaking out visitors to the Space Needle.
