How It Should Have Ended takes on the finale of summer 2017’s Marvel blockbuster with an alternative scenario in which things turned out a little more like they would have if Loki had remained true to his character. Seriously, is he supposed to be a good guy now?

From writer and artist Ed Piskor comes a three-part comic book miniseries that retells the story of the X-Men so far. Similar to what he did in Hip-Hop Family Tree, Piskor summed up over 50 years of X-Men stories in a retro and verbose style. More here and here.

Mashup maker Darth Blender chopped up bits and pieces of classic sci-fi, superhero, and fantasy footage to create an awesome retro take on the Avengers: Infinity War trailer, had the movie come out sometime in the late 1970s or early 1980s. I-ron Man is the best.

Miles Morales makes his way to the big screen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The computer animated film is based on the 2014 Spider-Verse comic books, where Spider-Men from different universes teamed up to stop a powerful villain. Premieres 12/25/18.

The Avengers get ready to take on their ultimate foe as the evil and powerful Thanos (Josh Brolin) wields the Infinity Gauntlet, and attempts to collect all six Infinity Stones so he can dominate the universe – threatening Earth and life as we know it in its wake.

(PG-13: Language) The merc with a mouth paints us some happy little trees while channeling Bob Ross in this promo clip for the upcoming Deadpool 2, regaling us with witticisms and playing with his 2-inch brush. We think Pool looks rather smashing with a ‘fro, don’t you?

“The only person you’re punishing is yourself.” He followed orders, and got nothing but nightmares out of it. Get a glimpse at the man who was Frank Castle in the new trailer for Netflix’s The Punisher series. Premieres 11/17/17.

FINAL JUSTICE! Kaiyodo follows up its instant classic Wolverine action figure with Captain America. The 6.5″-tall action figure has an amazing 38 points of articulation. You can place its shield on its arm or on its back. It also comes with a bullet ricochet effect for the shield.

Five teenage mutants – Magik, Wolfsbane, Cannonball, Sunspot and Mirage – try to escape from a secret facility. Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams and Stranger Things’ Charlie Heaton star in this horror take on Marvel’s New Mutants. Premieres 4/13/18. More on IGN.

Bandai’s imposing Steel Samurai War Machine figure has more arms and abs than Samurai Iron Man. The 7″ tall figure has four guns on each wrist, seven more on its right shoulder, and a freakin’ cannon on its left shoulder. It also comes with a sword and a jetpack.

After exacting dark rage on those responsible for the death of his family, beloved and troubled anti-hero vigilante Frank Castle uncovers a conspiracy that makes him even more upset in the debut season of Marvel’s The Punisher. Premieres sometime pretty soon. (Thanks Jack!)

In the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok, the villain Hela destroys the god of thunder’s hammer, Mjölnir. Good thing Thor gets his hands on a pair of these thick alien swords. Man at Arms: Reforged replicated the blades via a CNC machine and good old forging.

“Is there anyone who isn’t worthy of this horrible hammer?!” ArtSpear Entertainment makes the god of thunder even dumber than he is in this nicely animated spoof of the Thor: Ragnarok trailer. It’s still not as funny as the fact that we paid to see Thor 2 though.

Shield. Sword. Shuriken. Bandai’s latest Manga Realization action figure is an armored samurai version of Captain America. The action figure is nearly 7″ tall and comes with four swappable hands and a star logo that doubles as a shuriken.
