Ian Matheson and his son Oliver were in Africa’s Mjejane Reserve when they stumbled onto a buffalo rescuing another from a lion attack by flipping the predator into the air. Apparently, all of the animals walked away unscathed.
It’s cute and funny to see Kya the lioness paw at baby boy Jack, but all that separates this lioness from a delectable baby treat (and tragedy) is a see-through glass barrier.
Bird lovers look away. There’s a reason they keep the bird pavilion separate from the lion habitat at the zoo, as is evidenced by this footage of a heron who ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
What do you do when a lioness decides to use you as a cushion and catch a cat-nap on top of you? Guess you just let her do as she wants – assuming you want to live. Can we get an “awwwwww…..”?
