Awesome Kiteboarding

Devin Graham flings summer at us as we watch these folks head 60 feet into a lake at 40mph on an inner tube. Minimal broken bones and only two people knocked unconscious – our typical Tuesday.

Andre Magarao’s video of Alex Pastor kiteboarding in Uruau, Brazil not only captures some cool moves by the athlete but also a tiny, compelling glimpse into what life is like in a remote, 100 person town.

The kiteboard rider doing the cool moves in this video is Reno Romeu, currently 8th in freestyle in the PKRA. Since it’s getting colder around here, it’s good to see the the Cauipe lagoon in Brazil too.
