Awesome Honda

Formally called the Ecological Drive Assist System, the 2010 Honda Insight’s dash is basically a big one-up on the Prius; it glows green and grows leaves when you’re driving efficiently.

If you can ignore the fugtastic rear on Honda’s FC Sport concept, the Vader-esque frontend, McLaren-style three seat layout and fuel cell powertrain are pretty intriguing.

In celebration of Honda’s 60th anniversary, this V4 sportbike concept is a peek into the near future and is based around a V4 motor; we’re most intrigued by those funky hubless wheels.

Honda’s DN-01 is designed to rope-in riders looking for alternatives to gas guzzling cars. It gets an automatic transmission with manual shift mode, low seat height, and storage.

Above are fresh pics of the 2009 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade, the first superbike to get ABS. The non-ABS variant is largely the same mechanically but gets a tricolor scheme.

While it’s been called a Prius clone, we welcome the upcoming 2010 Honda Insight (a 90% concept is seen above). The biggest news is its relatively low starting price point of $18,500.

The 2009 Civic Coupe is up at Honda.com; the front fascia gets refreshed with a new grille and lower bumper, while the inside gets a USB port that plays music from any flash drive.

Temple of VTEC has a good writeup of their first impressions with the new 2009 Honda Fit. It’s no Lightning GT, but a “real” VTEC engine and stiffer body structure mean more driving fun.
