Stormrise (Xbox360, PS3) is a difficult game to peg, as it’s an RTS with a first person viewpoint. The latest trailer above showcases its squad-based combat; damn do we love snipers.

In an age of multimillion-dollar budgets, Bob’s Game stands out: this DS game was solely created by Robert Pelloni over the course of five years, pouring over 15,000 hours into it.

This vehicles trailer for Lego Batman makes us happy: available 9/23 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii, it’ll let you build and drive your own Batmobile, Batboat and Batwing!

Anti-gravity racing is finally coming to the PS3: WipEout HD arrives 9/25 on PSN and will cost $20; not bad for 12 reversible tracks, five gaming modes and 8-player online races.

Action DooM 2 is a trip down memory lane, with pixelated graphics and nostalgic arcade music. Believe it or not, it’s pretty fun and and completely free; warning: extreme violence.

The Tyranids have been conspicuously absent from previous the Dawn of War games, so we’re happy to see them chomping away at the Emperor’s Space Marines in the video above.

Fellow man cave dwellers: this Viper Football Table is metal-riffic, with solid metal robot players, stainless steel action poles, metal cup holders and a mirror black on chrome finish.

By all accounts Armada Tanks isn’t anything special, but we found this simple shoot ‘em up surprisingly addictive: drive a tank around, collect upgrades and blow the crap out of enemies.

Rockband 2 is out as of yesterday for the Xbox 360, and we can’t wait to get some whammy bar time in. The Premium Drum Set is here; note that the PS3 version will drop 10/19.

Shown at the GameStop Conference in Vegas, the Gears of War 2 trailer above isn’t the best but the content is so bloody fantastic (and we mean bloody) it’s worth the motion sickness.

Coming 1Q 2009, Plain Sight starts innocently enough with a cute robot gallivanting around a Tron-esque cityscape. That is, until he takes out a sword and starts kicking robot ass.

It’s not as lux as the bespoke Opus Football, but the Diamond Plate Foosball table is still extra swank with diamond plate accents and a built-in MP3 player dock with speakers.

It hasn’t been officially announced, but this Space Marine trailer is going to make a lot of Warhammer 40000 fans happy. Forget RTS games: in-your-face Ork slaughter, all the way!

We have mixed feelings for the chatty Killzone 2 video above; it’s trying to sell the multiplayer aspects of the game, but the absence of foul-mouthed 14 year olds is deafening.
