Remember the eco-conscious Porsche 918 Spyder concept? Well, the hybrid sports car prototype actually drives. Last week, Porsche took the 918 Spyder Hybrid out for a ride in Monterey, CA.

The front-engined Lambo Presa Concept, designed by Mohamad Monfared, Alireza Sahragard and Arian Moqbeli, pays homage to the GT 8-cylinder, aka the best selling sports coupe ever made.

Well-known designers Miguel Galluzzi and Pierre Terblanche have uploaded their style at Moto Guzzi with the stunning V12 X bike concept, featuring supermoto-inspired styling and blacked-out details.

If ever were produced, designer Mohammad Shojaie’s futuristic concept bike would run on an unusual 2WD drive train, and a helmet with heads-up displays, and even an A/C system.

Sick of wimpy, underdone toast? Shay Carmon’s toaster concept combines a defibrillator with a toaster, to give your bread that deep, dark crunch that only an intense electrical shock can provide.

The AMV-R, Alexei Mikhailov’s concept supercar, is an acronym for auto motive visual racing. The design includes Italian and German styling; the power plant includes a twin turbo V-10 with 850 hp.

Although it looks a bit off-kilter at first glance, we’re grown to love designer Tiancheng Luo’s concept for a clock, which he designed with people who stay up late in mind. 6pm is the new 12am.

Agent’s Move-On suitcase collection was designed for the modern day family: the SURFN has a wheeled platform to tow bored children luggage; the RIDN and STROLLN offer built-in seating.

Designer Leong Huang Zi envisions a future in which his duo-fan propeller aircraft is saving lives. While this concept military chopper will probably never see the light of day, we still think it’s cool.

i-tec has designed a concept 1100 lb off-road vehicle called the Maverick, which becomes airborne via a big carbon-fiber blade reverse-prop 128 hp engine and an ultra-light style airfoil.

Jamie Martin created this conceptual 3D animation of his Cybernetic Remote Autonomous Barricade (or C.R.A.B., for short) robot. We definitely wouldn’t want to run into this thing in a dark alley.

Created by designer Amar Vaya, the Axiom was created as an exercise designed “to introduce beauty to the implications of Audi’s tradition.” We don’t know about all that, but think it looks great.

This unusual concept timepiece gradually reveals the current time with tactile, dimensional digits for each hour emerging from behind a cloth face. No minute display, but the general idea is cool.

While we really like real Ferraris, Sasha Selipanov’s conceptual design for a 612 GTO has us drooling. On the other hand, we couldn’t afford this if it really existed, so it’s best left as a fantasy.
