Awesome Colorware

Are skins or DIY paint jobs not good enough for your already pricey Apple Pencil? Well, the madmen at ColorWare would be all too happy to take your money. Their take on the obvious color scheme for the second-generation iPad stylus is, as expected, completely overkill in terms of both quality and price.

Custom gadget shop ColorWare has a pair of NES-themed controllers for the Nintendo Switch. Both its Joy-Con set and Pro Controller are decked out in the NES’ black and gray color scheme with red ABXY buttons.

Apple will be releasing dark gray versions of its keyboard, mouse and trackpad, but the peripherals will be available only with the ridiculous new iMac Pro. Fortunately, this is a trivial matter for ColorWare. You still have to pay a premium, though.

ColorWare is now selling customized MacBook Airs for those willing to pony up the cash for a sexy, lightweight and snappy netbook with custom-painted parts in their colors of choice.

The guys at Colorware have coated just about every object in geekdom with paint, so why wouldn’t you think they’d hit up Microsoft’s New Xbox 360 with a splash of the shiny stuff?

ColorWare is now making custom-colored HDTVs – any model in the color that you want. However, you can’t send them an HDTV that you already have; the offer is for a TV plus the paint job.

Apple’s aluminum too bland? ColorWare now offers custom solid, metallic and pearl finishes to the new 21.5″ and 27″ iMacs; also available: custom Magic Mouse and Wireless Keyboards.
