Canon’s EOS 5D Mk II not cutting it? Their XL H1S and H1A prosumer camcorders feature a 20x HD lens, manual zoom/focus, 60i/30F/24F frame options and DIGIC DV II.

Motorola’s ZINE ZN5 camera phone is now available through T-Mobile; the phone starts at just under $100 with a two year contract, and sports a 5 MP camera, FM radio, Wi-Fi and xenon flash.

Olympus’ E-30 dSLR competes with the EOS 50D and D90, except it’s a bit pricey for the features: a 12.3MP sensor, fast AF, flip and twist 2.7″ LCD, and updated Zuiko 14-54mm lens.

Although it’s Japan only, we’d welcome Casio’s W63CA Exilim cameraphone in the States; it features an 8.1 MP camera, anti-shake and a 3.1″ organic EL display which swivels.

BenQ’s DC C1060 is their flagship point-and-shoot camera, with a 10 MP sensor, leather grip and max ISO 3200. It also sports a 3x optical zoomm and a 2.7″ viewscreen.

More camera/phone goodness: the LG KC780 is the latest 8 MP cellphone to join the fray; it’s only 13.9mm thick but still has a 2.4″ screen display, and can take DVD-resolution videos.

While not the first 8 MP-equipped cellphone we’ve seen, Samsung’s Pixon is well-rounded, with a 3.2″ touchscreen, accelerometer, GPS and WXVGA video recording. Look for it 10/2.

For those who can never have enough megapixels, the Phase One 645 camera packs a hefty 60 MP; the professional-grade camera will work with glass from Leica, Mamiya and Hartblei.
