Sampling Dry Aged Steak

Eater’s The Meat Show sat down at Dallas’ luxury steakhouse Knife to sample its dry aged steaks, which were aged and infused with mold for 45 to 420 days. The 420-day steak seemed nasty, but it still made us hungry.
