Disney Pixar once again goes straight for the feels with The Good Dinosaur, which envisions a world in which the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs never hit Earth – and how dinos somehow created the English language way before mankind managed to do it.

Kurt Russell stars in Bone Tomahawk, an Old West tale of a ragtag group of cowboys trying to rescue their neighbors from deadly cannibals. This eccentric film is equal parts Spaghetti Western and splatter film, but it’s gotten decent reviews so far.

(PG-13: Language) Neo-Soul queen Erykah Badu has the best take on Drake’s hit single by a large margin. Drizzy was definitely salty when he wrote Hotline Bling, but Erykah channels a cool, calm and collected lady waiting for a lover to come to his senses.

“I thought Morgan Freeman was God.” The Late Show and more of the masses found out about No Man’s Sky thanks to Hello Games’ Sean Murray. A show of confidence from the developer and an interest in diversity from the show.

The final trailer for the new Bond flick shows some of the perils of being 007, but leaves us with more questions than answers: How is Bond still alive? Will he have a companion with a saucy name? Why do secret organizations have names? What is this movie about?

Kevin Cancienne is working on a procedurally-generated sandbox game where you play a dog lost in a city. It will also have a multiplayer dog park mode. We’re not entirely convinced that he can deliver such an ambitious project by Fall 2016, but the concept is compelling.

BattleTech co-creator Jordan Weisman and his studio Harebrained Schemes – the developer behind the recent Shadowrun games – are bringing back the mech franchise as a turn-based game for Windows, Mac and Linux. They should put MegaBot and Kuratas in here.

A great entry-level MOBA. Call of Champions is a 3-on-3 MOBA where each match lasts a maximum of just five minutes. It also has substitute A.I. for players who drop out so your time isn’t wasted. Destroy more towers or the enemy base to win. Coming to Android soon.

The guys from Dude Perfect attempt to perform a variety of football drills while running on tarps covered with slippery baby oil, and catching balls with their hands slathered in Vaseline. We’re impressed that anyone scored a single point.

JelleKnikkers built this fun take on the model railroad, replacing the train cars with about 30 1/2-inch steel marbles. The track is about 200 feet long, and constructed from LEGO components. The glow-in-the-dark marbles at the end are pretty neat too.

The Corkscrew at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca is one of the most famous bits of road on any circuit in the world. It’s both a challenge and a blast in a race car, but five-year-old Juliette shows us it can be just as fun while riding on a bicycle.

This past Earth Day, artist Mac Premo teamed up with skateboard makers Sanford Shapes to create a series of decks using old plastic paint buckets as their medium. They made forty boards, and gave them away to kids in NYC and LA.

Not sure if we’re watching too many zombie shows or just really excited for Halloween, but when we saw this gruesome two pound box filled with tasty gummy eyeballs, fingers and brains, we didn’t care – we had to have it.

We think Drake and Future’s combo mixtape would’ve been better off without the online hype. It’s no Compton, but it’s a solid effort. Drake’s doing his angry Kanye impression and Future’s still mumbling. Nice beats though.

LEGO builder ElectryDragonite made this desktop vending machine using LEGO bricks, Mindstorms NXT controllers, and servo motors to dispense one of four different drink flavors, and has a working coin mechanism that rejects bad coins. It even keeps drinks cool.
