Microsoft’s Zune HD is available for preorder at multiple stores including Microsoft and Amazon; it launches on 9/16/09 with 16/32 GB flavors, a 3.3″ multi-touch OLED screen and Wi-Fi.

After months of speculation, Microsoft’s Zune HD is now official; specs are scarce until its reveal at E3, but we do know it’ll feature a 3.3″ 480×272 OLED touchscreen, HD radio and HD output.

Microsoft has intro’d 46 new designs for Zune Originals, divvied up into Artist, Zodiac and Tattoo series. They’re available with all Zune players for $10-$15 extra. Thanks, Alvaro!

Sony’s Walkman S-Series is like a Zune flash with brushed metal and the same price points. The 2″ screen and 7.5mm thickness are nice, but that may change with the new Nano.

It may not be an iPod or Zune, but Philips’ GoGear packs in decent features for the cost: a cool, Zune-reminiscent interface, 2.8″ screen, Rhapsody integration, FM radio and Bluetooth.
